What is your return policy?

We take pride in creating unique, personalized orders that are printed just for you. As such, we have a policy in place that ensures the highest quality standards for our products. In the unlikely event that you receive a defective product, we are happy to offer you a free replacement, as long as you report the defect within 7 days of receiving your order. Our goal is to ensure that you receive a product that you will love and cherish for years to come. Please note that we will consider proof of defectiveness, before we can accept a return.

My product is defective, can I return it?

If your product is defective (wrong size is not a defect), please contact us to start your return process. You can email us at info@secretschnauzersociety.com .

What shipping service do you use?

A:

It depends on the order and items in it. Some orders may ship UPS or USPS. Every order ships with a tracking number for your convenience. Your order may also ship in multiple shipments at no extra cost to you.

Where do you ship?

A:

Right now, we are only shipping to the United States, but we are soon planning to ship to other countries soon.

How long will my order take?

A:

Most products are custom made, so it may take up to 7 days to ship.

Is shipping free?

A:

All orders over $50 (excluding tax) receive free shipping. Orders under $25 will incur a $8.99 shipping fee.
